Marq-Tran Closes Fixed Routes Starting March 30th

Marquette, MI  –  March 24, 2020  –  Executive Director Delynn Klein of the Marquette County Transit Authority issued a statement today to close all Marq-Tran fixed routes until further notice starting Monday, March 30, 2020. With fixed routes soon to close, door-to-door services will be the only transportation currently provided by Marquette County Transit Authority.

Call (906) 225-1112 for essential rides only such as rides to work, medical appointments, picking up prescriptions or rides to the grocery store. In an effort to reduce contact, door-to-door services will remain free for the time being to avoid money handling.

Marquette County Transit Authority hours will remain the same. Please call (906) 225-1112 with any questions or reach out through our contact form. These changes will also close the Marquette Transfer Center until further notice.
